I already have an associate degree or higher.

1. Establish Your MyLFCC Account

  • Log in using the user name you received upon completing and submitting your application. If you experience difficulty logging in to MyLFCC, please contact Admissions at 540-868-7105.
  • Click on “Account Recovery Settings” to set your security questions when prompted. Once your security questions are set, click on “Account Security” in the top right corner of the screen. Follow the prompts to change your password.

2. Establish Your Student Email Account

  • Log in to MyLFCC with your new password.
  • Select Gmail link.
  • Read and agree to Gmail agreement terms.
  • Your account is established once you can view your Gmail inbox.
  • Check your student email daily for important information.
  • LFCC email can be forwarded to a personal email account by clicking on settings (a gear icon) in the top right corner of your inbox.
  • This is the official form of communication from LFCC and all notifications/information will be sent via student email.

3. Complete and submit the Visiting Student Enrollment Request form to the Admissions and Records Office.

4. Pay tuition by the deadline

5. Buy your books at lfccbookstore.com or visit your nearest LFCC campus bookstore.

6. Start class!

I attend another college and am enrolling at LFCC in courses needed for that college.

3. To be eligible for free registration, students must meet the requirements under the Senior Citizens Higher Education Program.

To qualify for free tuition for Credit Courses, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be 60 years of age or older.
  • Be a legal resident of Virginia.
  • Have an income not exceeding $23,850 for Virginia tax purposes for the year preceding the semester in which enrollment is sought. (You must provide a copy of the previous year’s Virginia tax return if you are seeking academic credit.)

To qualify for free tuition for Audit of Credit Courses you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be 60 years of age or older.
  • Be a legal resident of Virginia for one year or more prior to the start of the term. Supporting documentation may be required.

4. Fill out the Senior Citizen Enrollment Request Form

  • This form will be processed and students enrolled on the first day of classes, for those classes having open seats.

7. Start class!

I am taking classes for personal enrichment.

3. Complete the Enrollment Request Form and submit it to the Advising Office in person or by email at counseling@lfcc.edu.

  • Please be prepared to provide a copy of unofficial transcripts, and/or reason for enrollment into class(es). For assistance, please contact the Advising office on the Middletown Campus at 540-868-7110, or the Fauquier Campus at 540-351-1507.
