Hey, we all need a little help from our friends! LFCC has lots of help for students, including our online students. You are important to us and your success is our success.
But it takes YOU to make that happen. We are not mind readers (or we’d win the lottery) so we ask you to reach out to us when you need help.

If you are having technical problems related to Blackboard, Student Gmail, or SIS, check out the Student Resources page to look for answers to common questions. If you can’t find an answer there, contact the Instructional Technology Office by filling out a Student Tech Help Request. Please be sure to include detailed information about your question/problem. If you are experiencing technical problems with a Blackboard course, please be sure to include the course information and specific information about the problem so that we may attempt to resolve your problem quickly.
