September 14 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

All things worth pursuing have risks, and projects are no different! Every project manager and organization must learn how to effectively manage risks to ensure success. In this course, you will learn to plan, identify, analyze and ultimately mitigate risks appropriately for your project and organization. Using the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), this course is designed to provide experienced leaders ways to better manage risks within their project or organization. By the end of this class, you will be familiar with how to identify risks, perform two types of risk analyses, respond to risks, and ultimately control these risks.
