Leading from Afar: Leadership Workshop

LEADING FROM AFAR!

“Without missing a beat in our Covid World”

Presented by David Coleman

Ideally 1 to 1.5 hours

Covid has surely made its mark and had an impact on the way we live, lead and love. The words “pivot,” “adapt,” “cope,” and “modify” have become a part of our vernacular. It’s the students and staff who have shown true, pure, natural resilience, creativity and coping skills who have weathered these tough times to still be remarkably successful. What makes one board highly successful while another falls short? What helps one organization interact effortlessly, while another struggles and appears disorganized? It is the attitude, preparation and effort of those involved. When a group, staff, organization or team shares One Heartbeat they agree to operate selflessly with no ulterior motives in mind. They adopt the mentality that no one is more or less important and on one cares who gets the credit as long as the goals are met and the mission is accomplished.  This highly interactive and engaging leadership program will foster a sense of ownership and belonging among the participants through shared information and exercises that will challenge, yet enlighten the participant as they are part of a MasterMind of free-flowing ideas and solutions that can be immediately employed.
