Discover Paralegal Studies

Lord Fairfax Community College offers a two-semester Office Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies Certificate and a two-year Associate of Applied Sciences Degree in Paralegal Studies. Both programs offer evening courses, and provide students with internship placement assistance during the program and job placement assistance after completion. 

Bureau of Labor Statistics Data for Paralegals and Legal Assistants: 

2017 Median Pay: $50,410 per year, $24.24 per hour. Employment of paralegals and legal assistants is projected to grow 15 percent from 2016 to 2026, much faster than the average for all occupations.
