Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS Payment Plan

In an effort to continue to provide quality services to students, Lord Fairfax Community College has chosen Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS to be its payment plan administrator.

Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS payment plan is a great option to breakdown tuition payments into equally small amounts.

When to Enroll in the Payment Plan

Students who are interested in enrolling for Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS monthly payment plan must register for classes first.

Simple Steps to Enroll

  • Go to
  • Log on to MYLFCC, then click on VCCS SIS Student Information System
  • From the Self Service page, click on Student Center
  • Under Finances, click on Apply Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS Payment Plan (Make sure pop-up blockers are OFF)
  • Once enrolled, manage payment plan at

Payment Plan Terms Available for 2020 Summer Semester

The 2020 Summer Semester payment plan will be available beginning March 27, 2020. The following are the available terms:

*Please note there is a cap on the total amount you can finance. If you have a large balance and experience problems enrolling in the plan, please contact Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS at 1-800-337-0291.

Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit card/debit card –  American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa accepted.

Note: Payments are processed on the 16th of the month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If you choose to use a credit card a fully disclosed processing fee will apply.

Adding or Dropping Classes

If you add or drop a class(es) or received financial aid award after enrolling in the payment plan, you need to request an adjustment to your monthly payments by logging into your Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS payment plan account or by contacting TMS at 1-800-337-0291. 


If you drop a class on or before the last date to drop and receive a refund, your refund will be issued between 4 to 8 weeks – depending on the class session in which you are enrolled.  

Termination of Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS Contract

You can terminate your contract online through your Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS payment plan account or by contacting Nelnet Campus Commerce/TMS at 1-800-337-0291.
