TMS Payment Plan

In an effort to continue to provide a quality services to students, Lord Fairfax Community College has chosen Tuition Management System (TMS) to be its payment plan administrator.

TMS payment plan is a great option to breakdown tuition payments into equally small amounts.

When to Enroll in the Payment Plan

Students who are interested in enrolling for TMS monthly payment plan must register for classes first.

Simple Steps to Enroll

  • Go to lfcc.edu
  • Log on to MYLFCC, then click on VCCS SIS Student Information System
  • From the Self Service page, click on Student Center
  • Under Finances, click on Apply TMS Payment Plan (Make sure pop-up blockers are OFF)
  • Once enrolled, manage payment plan at lfcc.afford.com

The payment plan is no longer available for the 2017 Fall Semeseter. Please check back for plan terms for the 2018 Spring Semester.

*Please note there is a cap on the total amount you can finance. If you have a large balance and experience problems enrolling in the plan, please contact TMS at 1-800-337-0291.

Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit card/debit card –  American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa accepted.

Note: Payments are processed on the 20th of the month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If you choose to use a credit card a fully disclosed processing fee will apply.

Adding or Dropping Classes

If you add or drop a class(es) or received financial aid award after enrolling in the payment plan, you need to request an adjustment to your monthly payments by logging into your TMS payment plan account or by contacting TMS at 1-800-337-0291. 

Refunds

If you drop a class on or before the last date to drop and receive a refund, your refund will be issued between 4 to 8 weeks – depending on the class session in which you are enrolled.  

Termination of TMS Contract

You can terminate your contract online through your TMS payment plan account or by contacting TMS at 1-800-337-0291.
