Governor’s Scholars Awards Ceremony at LFCC


On Sunday, April 24, 2016, Governor’s Scholars will receive a Governor’s Medallion at the Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) Awards Ceremony.  They will also be recognized at both their high school and LFCC graduations.  The celebration takes place from 1:30 pm-3:30 pm in the Corron Building at LFCC’s Middletown Campus.


Students are designated as Governor’s Scholars by earning college credits through Dual Enrollment and AP and who obtain a Certificate in General Education or an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree by the time they graduate from High School.

Interdisciplinary Health Care Simulation


LFCC is having its first interdisciplinary simulation with Dental Hygiene, EMS, and Nursing students on Saturday, April 23rd from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on the Middletown Campus. See how each group implements the necessary protocols within their field of study.
