Warrenton, VA. Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) and Fauquier Health have partnered to assist local teens in learning more about healthcare careers in our community. On Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the LFCC Fauquier Campus, staff members will share their knowledge of the medical field by demonstrating patient care in the nursing simulation lab. Teens will have a chance to work with staff in a variety of hands-on activities.

This event is part of Fauquier Health’s summer medical camp program for teens, and LFCC is delighted to collaborate with the hospital in offering educational experiences for students with healthcare aspirations. For more information about activities planned for the day, contact Soraya Green at [email protected], or Julie Fainter at [email protected].
