Middletown, Va. Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development course, Disney’s Approach to Quality Service, to LFCC’s Middletown Campus on March 28, 2013.  Sponsored by Jim Stutzman Chevrolet and Navy Federal Credit Union, the full-day event will demonstrate how to exceed customer expectations using a well-defined service infrastructure, ongoing research and service standards.  

 

Disney’s Approach to Quality Service will give participants an insider’s look at business practices that have helped Disney maintain respect for product and service quality.  Participants will learn how attention to detail can be the difference between mediocre customer experiences and world-class, memorable ones that drive positive word-of-mouth and repeat business.
