Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) Spanish professors Paula Bowen and Lyn Bement will lead a trip to Spain in Spring 2013. The trip leaves on May 12th and returns on May 24th , and focuses on the Golden Age of Spanish History. Participants will visit some of Spain’s major historical cities (including famous World Heritage cities) and landmarks, including Sevilla, Granada, Córdoba, Toledo, Salamanca, El Escorial, El Valle de los Caídos, Madrid, and The Prado Museum.
Tour cost of $3,700 include airfare, accommodations, private deluxe motorcoach, guided private tours, breakfast daily, five dinners, and gratuities. This is the fourth year the LFCC professors have taken a group on an international trip. Participants do not have to be students at LFCC to join the tour – anyone is welcome.
