Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) has announced facility rental at its campuses for special events, meetings, corporate events, and training groups.

A wide range of space options are available, including classroom, auditorium, board room, outdoor and theatre space.  Facilities offer a variety of technical amenities with ample parking.

Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, near the intersection of I-81 and Route 66, Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) Middletown Campus provides the perfect setting for meetings, conferences and special events. The Middletown Campus has over 100,000 sq. ft. of meeting, classroom and event space which can accommodate groups both large and small.

LFCC’s largest space, the Carl and Emily Thompson Conference Center, totals 4875 sq feet and can be divided into three rooms, or left as one for larger events. The Center is highly versatile and features 16 foot ceilings, a glass wall overlooking the plaza, and the latest technology to make your event memorable. To make the space even more flexible, a warming kitchen and atrium space can also be reserved.  Maximum Occupancy for this space is up to 400 (dependent on room setup).

In Warrenton, LFCC’s Fauquier Campus offers many of the same facility rental options along with a convenient location at the southern end of the Warrenton bypass, just off Routes 17 and 29. The “Barn” is the main multipurpose space and features flexible seating, a stage and state-of-the-art technology.
