Office of Workforce Solutions Holds Customer Service Event

The Office of Workforce Solutions at Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) will help local professionals raise their awareness of exceptional customer service and the vital role it plays in any business or organization through its National Customer Service Day event on Friday, October 7, 2011.  The event begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m., with morning workshops on the topics, “Connect with Your Customers” and “Create Exceptional Customer Satisfaction.”  The afternoon session will be led by Jim Stutzman, of Jim Stutzman Chevrolet-Cadillac-Buick in Winchester, and focuses on the individual’s role in providing outstanding customer service.

 Cost of the National Customer Service Day event is $79 and includes lunch.  There is a 20% discount for organizations enrolling 2 or more.  For those who want to continue their training on this topic, additional workshops are available through the Workforce Solutions’ Customer Service Series, including Communicating with Customers, Give ‘Em the Pickle, and A Complaint is a Gift.
