MIDDLETOWN, Va. – Lord Fairfax Community College’s (LFCC) Anglo-Celtic Club will host “A Celtic Christmas” with fun for the whole family, including a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus. The event is open to the public with a cost of $5 for adults and $2 for children under the age of 12. Proceeds from the event will benefit the LFCC Anglo-Celtic Club Scholarship Program.
What: “A Celtic Christmas” will feature dancing, food, music and vendors. Attendees will enjoy Appalachian Scots/Irish clogging, Irish and American folk singing, Irish dancers, Irish fiddlers, Scottish pipers and traditional Celtic music. In addition, the following vendors will be selling their wares: The Gourmet Delights Shop, Kathy McCormick’s Headwear, Mary Kelly Celtic Jewelry and Passages Travel.
When: Friday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m.
