LFCC Educational Foundation Board Announces New Member

MIDDLETOWN and WARRENTON, Va. – The Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) Educational Foundation Inc. recently announced the appointment of a new Board member. Mark F. Hyson will join the Foundation Board for a three-year term, representing Fauquier County.

Hyson, a Warrenton resident, is an attorney with Walker, Jones, Lawrence, Duggan & Savage, P.C. The law firm practices general civil litigation, providing a full range of legal services in Fauquier County and the surrounding counties. Hyson holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science from Virginia Tech and a juris doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.

Hyson is looking forward to serving on the Board and contributing to the community by promoting the College. He wants the community to know that LFCC provides individuals—who are willing to work to improve their future—the chance to succeed.
