While it’s not a real parade, the Ambassadors have quite a treat in store for the Fauquier Campus, with treats, activities and more featuring 10-12 different world cultures! Virginia Rae promotes mindful meditation each Tuesday at the Fauquier Campus starting on February 3, 2015 at 11:15. The sessions are free to everyone and open to the public. The benefits of meditation include: boost of the immune system lowers blood pressure
